Mr. Ko Su Piow (Principal Consultant)
B. Eng (Mechanical), MBA.
Mr Ko Su Piow , an experience individual have been in the industry for the past 15 years. His experience includes Sales & Marketing, Production Operation and Industrial Engineering. With these 15 years experiences, Mr. Ko is able to train and consult on the following topics and areas:

Mr Ko was the World Wide Sales & Marketing Director for a local semiconductors company which had generated revenue from less than RM 2 millions to about RM 100 millions in just 5 years. Mr. Ko has helped the company to penetrate and set-up distribution in most of the key markets in the world such as Western Europe , United State , China , Taiwan , Japan , India and South Korea . He has managed to appoint and train more than 30 distributors world wide that give excellence revenue to the company. He has also set up offices in South Korea , India and China . Further to that, the promotion and advertising activities have helped the company to get about 100,000 clicks per month on their web-site which have enhanced their image tremendously.
Mr Ko was also the Senior Production Operation Manager for a German Semiconductors company who involve in producing Opto Semiconductors. During his stayed, he led teams in process improvements, quality improvements program, Self Managing Team Program and also Total Productive Maintenance Program. These experiences have give Mr Ko the ability to consult the potential customer dealing with Operation and Productivity Improvements.
Mr. Ko was the Industrial Engineering Manager for SIEMENS Advance Technology Malacca. During this period, he has been actively initiated the productivity projects based on Industrial Engineering Techniques. Techniques such as Cycle Time Reduction, Waste Reduction, Layout Optimization, Resources Planning etc are used to enhance operation productivity. These Industrial Engineering activities have able to save company more than 15% of the operation cost per annum.
Mr. Ko posses Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University, Scotland UK. He also obtained his Mechanical (Industrial) Engineering Degree from University Of Technology Malaysia (UTM) . Mr Ko also attended many related courses for personal and self development.
Mr Ko have been involved in training since 2000. He was the part time lecturer for degree program for a college in Melaka since 2000. He also is the lecturer for Junior Industrial Management Executive Program (JIMEP) organized by Melaka Industrial Skill Development Centre (MISDC) and Trainer and consultant for furniture and electronic & electrical company.

Mr William Chong
(Senior Associate Consultant)

Mr William Chong, our experience Associate Consultants has an extensive exposure in the manucfacturing industry. With a Masters Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kindom, and a technical degree in Electronic Engineering, he has served Multinational like STMicroelectronics, Samsung, Thomson, Phillips and Dyson during his 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Trained in ISO 9000 Lead Assesor and 6 Sigma, he has an all round-in-depth Engineering and Management knowledge in Design Quality, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality. With more than 8 years experience as a Departmental Head, he has made full use of the oppurtunity given to him as one of the pioneer manager of Dyson Malaysia, by successfully devising and setting up its Quality System and Department since its inception in Malaysia in the year 2000.
Having audited, visited and developed more than 100 suppliers from various industries within Asia and Europe, he has a sound understanding of teh industries' besst practices.
Apart from his role in devisin gthe Restriction of Harzardous Substances (RoHS) policy for Dyson Malaysia, he was also the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Manager.
A proven leader and a polished speaker with immense depth of experience in working with diverse groups of people from the corporate world, couple with his ability in motivating people to perform, many companies have benefited from his services.
All this has made him one of the most sought-after consultants in the region.

Mr. Ng Chuk Peng
(Senior Associate Consultant)

Mr Ng Chuk Peng (CP Ng), our next highly qualified associate consultant has more than 22 years of working experience at managerial position in Malaysia. The company he served are in the field of Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing with multi-national conglomerates such as Matsushita Electric Company, Oilfield Inspection Services UK,and Hitachi Ltd.
CP Ng has also lectured for Stamford College and is currently a regular lecturer for Newport University , Malaysia centre.
In term of consultations, CP Ng was responsible in providing consultancy for the implementation of ISO 9002 / TQM to Direct Access Division of Southern Bank which became the first bank to be certified.
He has guided Hitachi 's SGA group Master Q to become the national champion of the NPC QCC convention in 1995. Master Q was selected to represent Malaysia in the ICQCC 1996. He has also consulted and guided Denso (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s QCC team ¡§MF Brothers¡¨ to achieved ¡§3 Stars Gold Award¡¨ in the national NPC ICC convention in 2004. MF Brothers was selected by NPC to represent Malaysia in the ICQCC Nov 2005 in Korea .

MR Koo Yew Hup (Associate Consultant)
B. Eng (Mechanical & Material) MR. Koo Yew Hup is an experienced consultant in the industry. He has been giving training and consultation on the areas of Team/People development techniques, Direct productivity/ quality improvement tools and Software application.
He has served many clients from different kind of industries, including semiconductors manufacturing, furniture, consumer electronics & its components suppliers, medical items, house hold items manufacturing, software, servicing field and so on.
He was a R&D & Project Engineer in Likom and later joined STMicroelectronics as a Facilities & Automation Manager. He has managed the maintenance activities for the whole organization & actively involve in TPM implementation, implementing TPM approach & monitor TPM indicators, Pillar leader for Planned Maintenance pillar, Focused on equipment improvement & equipment utilization (NEE/OEE) monitoring, project / team consultation, conduct TPM related training, conduct computer application training, conduct STU training and review & assess maintenance project.
He is a key team player & project leader for GLWO Muar Facilities & Automation and GLWO Muar Warehouse operation who has undertaken various cost saving, process improvement, breakthrough project during his service in the company. He has constantly applied his extensive experience in Maintenance, Process and Operation towards excellence and always willing to take new challenge.
He dealt & provided the world class quality and service to Automotive customers (Bosch, Siemens, Visteon, Delphi, Mitsubishi and etc), fulfilled the most stringent automotives quality control requirement in TS16929 & ISO. He managed plantwide TPM implementation & assist in JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) certification process.
He graduated from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and attains the Bachelor Degree of Engineering with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) In Mechanical and Materials Engineering. He attended various training while servicing in his company. He was famous in his field of industry in helping customers through his effective problem solving skills.
